सपा की वादाखिलाफी के चलते आठ साल तक जेल में रहे बेगुनाह

रिहाई मंच ने सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने के लिए खुफिया एजेंसियों और पुलिस को ठहराया दोषी। उनकी भूमिका की जांच की मांग की।

लखनऊ। जनमुद्दों पर बेबाक राय और प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रतिबिद्ध गैर-सरकारी संगठन रिहाई मंच ने राज्य की सपा सरकार पर वादाखिलाफी का आरोप लगाया है। मंच ने प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर कहा है कि अदालत ने देशद्रोह के आरोप में आठ से जेल में बंद अजीर्जुरहमान, मो. अली अकबर, नौशाद और शेख मुख्तार हुसैन को बाइज्जत बरी कर दिया है। यह सपा के मुंह पर तमाचा बताया जिसने आतंकवाद के नाम पर बंद बेगुनाह मुस्लिम युवकों को जेल से बाहर निकालने का वादा विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान किया था लेकिन वह अपने वादे से मुकर गई। मंच ने बेगुनाहों को फंसाने वाले देशद्रोह और यूएपीए जैसे पुलिसिया हथियार को खत्म करने की मांग की है।

रिहाई मंच के अध्यक्ष मुहम्मद शुऐब ने कहा कि 2012 में आतंकवाद के आरोप में कैद निर्दोषों को छोड़ने के नाम पर आई सपा सरकार ने अपना वादा अगर पूरा किया होता तो पहले ही बेगुनाह छूट गए होते। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने वादा किया था कि आतंक के आरोपों से बरी हुए लोगों को मुआवजा व पुर्नवास किया जाएगा पर खुद अखिलेश सरकार अब तक अपने शासन काल में दोषमुक्त हुए किसी भी व्यक्ति को न मुआवजा दिया न पुर्नवास किया। मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव को डर है कि अगर आतंक के आरोपों से बरी लोगों को मुआवजा व पुर्नवास करेंगे तो उनका हिन्दुत्वादी वोट बैंक उनके खिलाफ हो जाएगा। पुर्नवास व मुआवजा न देना साबित करता है कि अखिलेश यादव हिन्दुत्वादी चश्मे से बेगुनाहों को आतंकवादी ही समझते हैं। बेगुनाहों की रिहाई के मामले में वादाखिलाफी करने वाले आखिलेश यादव अब अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करेंगे या फिर 2012 के चुनावी घोषणा पत्र की तरह फिर बेगुनाहों को रिहा करने का झूठा वादा करेंगे। मंच के अध्यक्ष मुहम्मद शुऐब ने कहा कि आज दोष मुक्त हुए तीन युवक पश्चिम बंगाल से हैं ऐसे में जब अखिलेश यादव पुर्नवास व मुआवजा की गारंटी नहीं कर रहे हैं तो पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी को इनके सम्मान सहित पुर्नवास की गांरटी देनी चाहिए।

रिहाई मंच प्रवक्ता राजीव यादव ने बताया कि 12 अगस्त 2008 को लखनऊ कोर्ट परिसर में रिहाई मंच के अध्यक्ष मुहम्मद शुऐब को आतंकवाद का केस न लड़ने के लिए हिन्दुत्वादी जेहनियत वाले अधिवक्ताओं द्वारा मारने-पीटने के बाद उल्टे मुहम्मद शुऐब व आतंकवाद के आरोप में कैद अजीर्जुरहमान, मो0 अली अकबर, नूर इस्लाम, नौशाद व शेख मुख्तार हुसैन के खिलाफ हिन्दुस्तान मुर्दाबाद-पाकिस्तान जिन्दाबाद के नारे लगाने का झूठा आरोप लगाया गया था। लखनऊ की एक स्पेशल कोर्ट ने आज आईपीसी की धारा 114, 109, 147, 124 ए (देशद्रोह) और 153 ए के तहत अभियुक्त बनाए गए अजीर्जुरहमान, मो0 अली अकबर, नौशाद, नूर इस्लाम व शेख मुख्तार हुसैन को दोषमुक्त किया है। नवंबर 2007 में यूपी की कचहरियों में हुए धमाकों के बाद जब आतंकवाद का केस न लड़ने व किसी अधिवक्ता को न लड़ने देने का फरमान अधिवक्ताओं के बार एशोसिएशनों ने जारी किए थे उस वक्त अधिवक्ता मुहम्मद शुऐब ने इसे संविधान प्रदत्त अधिकारों पर हमला और अदालती प्रक्रिया का माखौल बनाना बताते हुए आतंकवाद के आरोपों में कैद बेगुनाहों का मुकदमा लड़ना शुरु किया था। जनवरी 2007 में कोलकाता के आफताब आलम अंसारी कि मात्र 22 दिनों में रिहाई से शुरु हुई बेगुनाहों की इस लड़ाई में मुहम्मद शुऐब और उनके अधिवक्ता साथियों पर प्रदेश की विभिन्न कचहरियों में हमले हुए। पर ऐसी किसी भी घटना से विचलित न होते हुए रिहाई मंच के अध्यक्ष मुहम्मद शुऐब अब तक दर्जन भर से अधिक आतंकवाद के आरोप में कैद बेगुनाहों को छुड़ा चुके हैं।

मंच के प्रवक्ता ने कहा कि इंसाफ की इस लड़ाई में हम सभी ने अधिवक्ता शाहिद आजमी, मौलाना खालिद मुजाहिद समेत कईयों को खोया है पर इस लड़ाई में न सिर्फ बेगुनाह छूट रहे हैं बल्कि देश की सुख शांति के खिलाफ साजिश करने वाली खुफिया-सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की हकीकत भी सामने आ रही है। उन्होनें बताया कि इस मुकदमें से बरी हुए अजीर्जुरहमान, मो0 अली अकबर हुसैन, नौशाद, नूर इस्लाम, शेख मुख्तार हुसैन के अलावां जलालुद्दीन जिनपर हूजी आतंकी का आरोप लगाया गया था अदालत द्वारा अक्टूबर 2015 में पहले ही निर्दोष घोषित किए जा चुके हैं। जून 2007 में इनके साथ ही यूपी के नासिर और याकूब की भी गिरफ्तारी हुई थी जिन्हें भी अदालत दोषमुक्त कर चुकी है। जून 2007 में लखनऊ में आतंकी हमले का षडयंत्र रचने वाले सभी आरोपी जब बरी हो चुके हैं तो इस घटना पर तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री मायावती को अपनी स्थिति स्पष्ट करनी चाहिए। यहां गौर की बात है कि 2007 में मायावती और राहुल गांधी पर आतंकी हमले के नाम पर मुस्लिम लड़कों को झूठे आरोपों में न सिर्फ पकड़ा गया बल्कि 23 दिसबंर 2007 को मायावती को मारने आने के नाम पर दो कश्मीरी शाल बेचने वालों का चिनहट में फर्जी मुठभेड़ किया गया। ऐसे में आतंकवाद की राजनीति के तहत फंसाए गए इन युवकों पर राहुल और मायावती को अपना मुंह खोलना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन सभी घटनाओं के दौरान विक्रम सिंह जहां डीजीपी थे तो वहीं बृजलाल एडीजी कानून व्यवस्था ऐसे में इन झूठे आरोपों की जांच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सिटिंग जज की निगरानी में की जाए।

नागरिक परिषद के रामकृष्ण ने कहा कि पुलिस के झूठे आरोपों के चलते तकरीबन आठ साल जेल में रखकर न सिर्फ इन बेगुनाहों के खिलाफ षडयंत्र किया गया बल्कि मुल्क के खिलाफ भी। सांप्रदायिक जेहनियत की खुफिया और पुलिस विभाग के चलते देश के नागरिकों के बीच वैमनश्यता बढ़ाने की साजिश की गई। आज जब सभी आरोपी बरी हो चुके हैं तो देश में सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द खराब करने का मुकदमा दोषी पुलिस व खुफिया अधिकारियों पर किया जाए। आठ सालों से इन बेगुनाहों व इनके परिवार को जो शारीरिक-मानसिक व आर्थिक हानि हुई है और झूठा केस बनाने के नाम पर सरकारी धन का जो दुरुपयोग हुआ है, उसे दोषी पुलिस व खुफिया अधिकारियों से वसूला जाए।

World Book Fair: NBT organizes discussion on Navlekhan series

New Delhi: A discussion based on the books published under the Navlekhan series by National Book Trust, India to promote young authors was organized at the Theme Pavilion. The compilers of the books Shri Gurahari Das (Odia), Shri Bibhash Chowdhry (Asamiya), Shri Joy D’Cruz (Tamil), Shri Amar Mitra (Bangla) and Dr K S Ravi Kumar (Malayalam) were the speakers on the occasion. Shri Baldeo Bhai Sharma, Chairman, NBT chaired the session. He said that the Navlekhan Series is an attempt to encourage young writers and provide them a meaningful platform to publish their works. 

The speakers on the occasion talked about the new generation of writers. They opined that the young writers are still in the process of defining their narrative style and delimiting their zones in matters of theme and culture. They do not dwell upon romantic ideas rather they talk about serious matters concerning the society. Sixteen books have been brought out by NBT, ten in Hindi and six in regional languages which were released at the New Delhi World Book Fair. 

Besides discussion, several other programmes were organized at the Theme Pavilion including the Choir songs presented by L. Samuel and troupe, Poumai Baptist Church, New Delhi spreading the message of peace and love; a panel discussion on the topic India’s Secular Literary Tradition in which the Dr Krishna Sharma, Dr Nand Lal Mehta and Dr Chandrakanta were the speakers. They talked of the need to understand the meaning of the word Secularism which is misinterpreted to stand against religion. They also opined that different words are used in the same context and its meaning is also interpreted in different ways. They felt that there is also a need to look back to our past, traditions and culture to understand the world secularism.

The Children’s Pavilion, today also was filled with activities and fun. The morning session began with a presentation by Bachpan Society for Children’s Literature and Culture titled ‘Kahavate Manch Par’ in which the children were informed about the common sayings that are used in different contexts in daily life. Girija Rani Asthana and Shashi Jain, children’s authors interacted with the children. A play titled ‘Ek Din Ki Badshahat’ was performed by school children. The Odisi dance performance by Trupti Panigrahi mesmerized the audience at the Pavilion.

China Social Sciences Press organized the launch of the English Edition of China Insights at the China Pavilion. This book gives a comprehensive analysis of the contemporary Chinese society starting from economy to culture, including the introduction of Chinese path, theories and systems. Mr. Li Piguang, Deputy Director of China Social Sciences Press introduced the guests present on the occasion, which included, Ms. Myriam Poort, Editorial Director, Social Sciences and Humanities, Springer; Ms. Sun Ping, Editor of Major Project Publication Center, China Social Sciences Press; Ms. Zhang Lin, Deputy Director of International Studies Center, China Social Sciences Press; Mr. B.R. Deepak, Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru University; Mr. Hemant Adlakha, Associate Professor, Jawaharlal Nehru University. The speakers also exchanged their views on cultural exchange between China and India since ancient times.

Lifi Publications and Anhui People’s Publishing House (China) organized ‘The Colorful Silk Road: a Promotion Event for Books and Products on Chinese Folklore Culture at the China pavilion. During the event an agreement between both publishers was signed at the event for the publishing of ten titles including Highlights of China, and Talk the Silk Road. Yesterday, the book titled Global Game Change, authored by John Nasbitt and Doris Nasbitt was released followed by a discussion on the book.

Eight books published by Anjuman Prakashan, Allahabad were released at Hall No. 12 including Zindagi Ki khoj Mein, Ek Tukda Love, Shartiya Ishaq, Sarhadein, Sapna, One Sided, Automation Ki Duniya Mein Ab Aapki Bari Hai; Discussion on ‘Whatsapp Chatting’ was organized by the Prabhat Publication at Sahitya Manch; Book release of Super Success Student Guide authored by Nitin Soni was also organized at Hall No. 8.

World Book Fair: 'प्रतिरोध का पक्ष' के बहाने केंद्र पर कवियों का हमला

कविता संग्रह 'प्रतिरोध का पक्षः कविता 16 मई के बाद',  'भाषा, शिक्षा और समाज', 'रोज वाली स्त्री' तथा 'राम कथाः विभिन्न आयाम' पुस्तकों का हुआ लोकार्पण।

नई दिल्ली। स्थानीय प्रगति मैदान पर आयोजित विश्व पुस्तक मेला-2016 में जनवादी कवियों ने आज संयुक्त रूप से 'प्रतिरोध का पक्ष' नामक पुस्तक का लोकार्पण किया। इस दौरान प्रो. प्रेमपाल शर्मा की पुस्तक 'भाषा, शिक्षा और समाज', सपना चमड़िया की पुस्तक 'रोज वाली स्त्री' तथा 'राम कथाः विभिन्न आयाम' का लोकार्पण भी किया गया।

हॉल संख्या-8 के साहित्य मंच पर आयोजित लोकार्पण कार्यक्रम में पुस्तक 'प्रतिरोध का पक्ष' नामक पुस्तक के बहाने वर्तमान राजनीति पर चर्चा भी की गई। दरअसल यह पुस्तक देश के विभिन्न शहरों में आयोजित हुए कार्यक्रम 'कविताः 16 मई के बाद' में पढ़ी गई कविताओं का संग्रह है जिसमें 59 कवियों की रचनाओं का शामिल किया गया है। इन कवियों ने 16 मई 2014 के बाद के हालात पर कविताएं पढ़ी थीं जिसे संभव प्रकाशन ने संग्रह के रूप में प्रकाशित किया है। इसका संपादन वरिष्ठ कवि रंजीत वर्मा ने किया है। 

पुस्तकों के लोकार्पण के बहाने आयोजित हुई राजनीतिक परिचर्चा में समयांतर के संपादक पंकज बिष्ट ने कहा कि कोई भी तिथि इतिहास की शुरुआत नहीं होती है। यह हालात पर निर्भर करता है। यह अनायास शुरू हो जाता है। कविता 16 मई के बाद नामक आयोजन अनायास ही शुरू हुआ था जो आज एक आंदोलन बन गया है और यह इतिहास भी बनाएगा। इसके लिए पुस्तक का प्रकाशन एक अच्छा कदम है। इस दौरान पत्रिका समकालीन तीसरी दुनिया के संपादक आनंद स्वरूप वर्मा ने कहा कि मोदी के लोकसभा चुनाव-2014 जीतने के बाद तार्किकता पर हमला शुरू हो गया जिसके खिलाफ 'कविता 16 मई के बाद' शुरू हुआ। असहिष्णुता के खिलाफ आंदोलन करने वाले लोगों का एक साजिश के तहत मीडिया द्वारा मजाक उड़ाया गया। प्रतिरोध का पक्ष नामक पुस्तक इस आंदोलन को एक नया आयाम देगी। 

इस दौरान कवि अजय सिंह, निलाभ, मंगलेश डबराल आदि ने भी अपनी बात रखी। रंजीत वर्मा ने कविता संग्रह के बारे में लोगों को जानकारी दी। साथ ही पाणिनी आनंद और रियाजू ने अपनी कविताएं पढ़ीं। कार्यक्रम का संचालन स्वतंत्र पत्रकार अभिषेक श्रीवास्तव ने किया। कार्यक्रम में प्रो. यशपाल शर्मा, सपना चमड़िया. पंकज श्रीवास्तव, महेंद्र मिश्र, नवीन कुमार, मुकुल, अरविन्द कुमार, पूर्णिमा उंराव, रमेश चंद, नित्यानंद गायेन आदि समेत सैकड़ों लोग उपस्थित रहे।  

Protest at MHRD against scrapping of non-NET fellowships today

Appeal to all democratic, progressive organizations and individuals to participate in the protest.

New Delhi: A group of students and scholars will organize a protest before the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, Delhi against scrapping on non-NET fellowships at 2:00 pm today. The group, as named Occupy UGC , asserts that the MHRD minister should meet with the protesters and publicly announce the status of non-NET fellowships to everyone as soon as possible. Occupy UGC, appeal to all democratic, progressive organizations and individuals to participate in the protest and express solidarity with our struggle and take forward the fight against privatization of higher education. 

The group said in its release, it will be now 85 days since we began our agitation against UGC after it scrapped the Non NET Fellowships for the M.phil/Phd students. Soon the matter was transferred to the MHRD and since then even after several demonstrations at MHRD and our continued occupation at the UGC premises, there has been no response from the ministry and no effort to involve students in the further decision making process has been undertaken.

During our struggle we have raised questions against fund cuts, privatization, commercialization of education and the attempts of State to maintain Brahmanical hegemony over the educational institutions. The state has responded with violence and lathi charged on us many a times, threw water cannons and tear gas on us and tried to silent us with all the force that it could deploy. But ‪#‎OccupyUGC continues.

The ministry was supposed to give a final decision regarding the Non-Net Fellowships by mid December. However, even when it is mid - January we have no word from UGC or MHRD regarding what is the final status of non net fellowships... The MHRD minister Smriti Irani has denied us appointment and no decision has been communicated to us.

Responding to this inaction/negligence/indecision by the MHRD we will again resume our agitation at the MHRD gates on the 13th of January at 2:00pm asking the minister to provide answers to our questions! We are determined to continue our protest till our demands are met and in no way are we interested in playing hide and seek with the ministry. There are following demands of  Occupy UGC:

-Restore, Increase, Expand Non – Net Fellowships – No Merit /Income criteria- based exclusion. Research Students in state universities to be included under the non - NET fellowship.

-Increase the amount of Fellowship from 5,000 to 8,000 for M.Phil students and 8,000 to 12,000 for Phd students.

-Halt the process of fund cut in Education- spend 10% of the budget in education.

The book is adapted from a large-scale documentary of the same name which was broadcast on CCTV in 2015.

New Delhi: The book ‘the Main Battlefields of the East’ was launched in seven languages like Chinese, English, Russian, French, Spanish, Arabic & Japanese at the China Pavilion on Tuesday. The book is adapted from a large-scale documentary of the same name which was broadcast on CCTV in 2015. The Cultural Counselor (Embassy of China) Zhang Zhihong, the Vice President of China Publishing Group Li Yan and Vice-General Manager of China National Publishing Import & Export Corporation Wu Wei among others were the speakers on the occasion.

According to organizer, China is the guest of honour country at the New Delhi World Book Fair-2016 and its delegation includes more than 80 publishing houses and groups. More than 10,000 copies of 5000 titles are on display at the Pavilion. The visitors can have a look at the India-China cultural exchanges as well as can have a glimpse of Chinese book publishing industry and their culture at the exhibitions at the Pavilion including China-India Cultural Contacts Photo Exhibition, Publishing and Printing in Ancient China Exhibition, Chinese Tea Culture Exhibition and the Original Illustrations for children. China is organizing a number of events including book release, seminars, discussions etc. for booklovers, authors and publishers at the Pavilion.

A book release function was also held at the Children’s Pavilion. The books have been illustrated by Fiep Westendorpby. H.E. Alphonsus Stoelinga, Ambassador of Kingdom of Netherlands was the chief guest on the occasion. Stoelinga said that the sketches in the books are interactive and tell the stories themselves. A skit was also presented by the students of National Victor Public School about the organ donation and later the students of Jai Shankar Memorial Centre recited the poems.

Several books were released at the Fair including In Search of Woman and Other Short Stories authored by Kiron Wadhera; Boundless Horizons by Ravindra Garimella; Neurosutra: Love of Science and Neuroscience by Abhijeet Nasker (publisher GBD); Vishva Manav Ravindra Nath Tagore authored by Narendra Jadhav (publisher Prabhat Prakashan) among others.

A panel discussion on the topic India’s Plurality as expressed in Indian literature was organized at the Theme Pavilion. Dr Narendra Kohli, noted author, Dr Sukriti Paul Kumar, well known author were the speakers on the occasion. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Kapil Kapoor. The speakers discussed about literature, language and their role in the development of culture.

World Book Fair: Cultural Practices become the attraction of visitors

New Delhi: Cultural practices on theme pavilion became the attraction of visiotors in the New Delhi World Book Fair-2016 on Monday.‘Cultural Heritage of India’as the theme of World Book Fair-2016 is playing a crucial role to emphasise on the philosophy, knowledge traditions and multilingual literary practices which have shaped the culture and civilization of not only India but have impacted the same beyond the boundaries of India for thousands of years. 

The architecture of the Exhibition has designed to connect the past with the present. The Theme Pavilion displays more than 800 titles on Indian art, culture, music, dance, philosophy in various Indian languages. The old manuscripts like Ramayan Lanka Kanda by Srimata Sankardeva, Atharva Veda among others have also been displayed at the Pavilion.

A number of activities were organized at the Pavilion including a panel discussion on the topic ‘Science through Sanskrit: Exploring Possibilities’. The speakers shared their views about the scientific development in ancient times as mentioned in Sanskrit texts. They opined that in earlier times, India has a developed scientific system and they invented several technologies which are the basis of odern day science. The speakers on the occasion were Shri Shreeji Devpujari, Dr C S R Prabhu and Shri Ra Jyotishi. Shri Baldeo Bhai Sharma, Chairman, NBT was also present on the occasion.

Presentation of Indian classical dance Odissi by Kasturi Pattnaiyak and her troupe, Bamboo Dance by Vanlalpawla & his troupe; Chari and Bhawai Dance by Suresh & Veena Vyas; Devotional songs by Leepika Bhattacharya and a dramatic erformance based on Jaidev’s Gita Govinda by the artists of East Zone Cultural Centre, Kolkata mesmerized the audience.

Smriti Irani inaugurates World Book Fair-2016

24^th edition of  “New Delhi World Book Fair” to be held from 9-10 January, 2016.

New Delhi: Minister of Human Resource Development Smriti Zubin Irani inaugurated the 24^th edition of “New Delhi World Book Fair-2016” at Pragati Maidan on Saturday; which to be held from 9-10 January, 2016. Welcoming China as the Guest of Honour country, she said, “We believe in Athithi Devo Bhavaa and we worship the guests. We hope that the Chinese will feel at home in India”. 

Talking about the India-China relationship since ancient times, she said that there is a mention of Chinese silk dress in Arthashastra which shows how Indian history finds resonance of relationship with China. She hoped that both the countries will not only exchange culture and but also knowledge and strengthen ties. The Fair is being organized by the National Book Trust, India in collaboration with the India Trade Promotion Organisation.

Irani appreciated efforts undertaken by the NBT to bring out 16 new titles under the Navlekhan series and hoped that NBT would publish books in 22 major Indian languages. She also said that the children from various states of India including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Manipur, Assam among others with select photographers would be sent as shodh yatris to foreign countries like Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and their memoir will be published in the form of books.  She also appreciated that for the school children, senior citizens and people with special needs, the entry to the book fair is free. She also said that the children’s pavilion will attract more and more children.

At this occasion, Sun Shoushan, Vice Minister, SAPPFRT, China said that New Delhi World Book Fair-2016 has set up an important platform for the cultural exchanges and mutual understanding all of the world. As Guest of Honour country we are pleased to get together with the publishers of India. He remarked that the publishing exchanges between china and India have played an important role in cementing the relationships between peoples and promoting cultural exchanges.

NBT Chairman Baldeo Bhai Sharma said that on the lines of inspiration from Minister of Human Resource Development, the Trust has come up with a new Navlekhan series for young writers under the age of forty and has brought out 16 new titles. He also informed that the theme pavilion will display books beginning from bhoj patra to ebooks and will also display ancient scripts.

ITPO CMD L C Goyal  hoped that the New Delhi World Book Fair will go a long way in disseminating the culture of India. Liu Zhenyou, eminent Chinese author; Le Yucheng, Chinese Ambassador to India and VVInay Sheel Oberoi, Secretary, Department of Higher Education China are also in pavilion.

वाराणसी। आईआईटी बीएचयू के विजिटिंग फैकल्टी पद से सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता संदीप पांडेय की बर्खास्तगी के खिलाफ विभिन्न सामाजिक संगठनों ने रविवार को सामुहिक रूप से काशी विश्वविद्यालय के सिंघद्वार से अस्सी घाट तक विरोध मार्च निकाला। यह विरोध मार्च अस्सी घाट पर पहुंचकर जनसभा में तब्दील हो गया। इसमें बीएचयू परिसर के भगवाकरण के सवालों के साथ नई शिक्षा नीति और पूंजीवादी फाँसीवाद के मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई।

संगठनों की ओर से जारी संयुक्त विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि संदीप पाण्डेय सोनभद्र के अवैध खनन का मसला हो या कनहर बांध परियोजना के विस्थापितों के पुनर्वास माँग हो, राजातालाब में कोकाकोला के खिलाफ आंन्दोलन हो या लंका पर पटरी व्यवसाइयों के नियमितीकरण की बात हो या फिर गंगा किनारे 200 मीटर में रह रहे बाशिंदों के उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ आवाज़ बुलंद करना हो,  सभी मोर्चों पर मजलूमों के साथ खड़े रहे। उन्होंने अपने छात्रों को भी ऐसे विषयों पर सोचने और सवाल उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

संदीप पाण्डेय का कहना है कि बीएचयू के कुलपति ने उन्हें नक्सलवादी और राष्ट्रद्रोही करार देते हुए पद से हटाया है। विरोध मार्च में लोगो ने कहा की एक सम्मानित सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्ता के लिए कुलपति ने यदि ये कहा है तो उन्हें तत्काल क्षमा मांगनी चाहिए। मालवीय जी भी विश्वविद्यालय में सिर्फ किताबी शिक्षा देने के पक्ष में कभी नहीं थे। वे चाहते थे कि विश्वविद्यालय का छात्र राष्ट्रनिर्माण और समाज निर्माण में जुटे। संदीप पाण्डेय भी परिसर के छात्रों के साथ ऐसे ही सामाजिक रचनात्मक विषयों पर कार्यक्रम करते रहे हैं। ऐसा करना नक्सलवादी और राष्ट्रद्रोही कैसे हो सकता है भला ?

विरोध मार्च में संदीप पाण्डेय की तत्काल बहाली की मांग किया गया और ऐसा न होने पर बड़े आंदोलन की चेतावनी दी गयी है। विरोध मार्च में लोगों ने कहा कि संदीप पाण्डेय के बीएचयू में आने से आम गरीब ग्रामीण, मजदुर, पटरी व्यवसायी प्रकृति के लोग आने जाने लगे थे। गरीब मजलूम एक प्रोफेसर के कमरे में आराम से आते जाते थे। यह बात विश्विद्यालय के उन लोगों को अच्छी नहीं लगी जो ये सोचते है की विश्वविद्यालय एक वीआईपी स्थान है और विश्विद्यालय के शिक्षकों को इन गरीब गंदे लोगो के साथ मिलना जुलना नहीं चाहिए। संदीप पाण्डेय गाँधीवादी नेता हैं।  बीएचयू ने उन्हें जो अपमानित करने का काम किया है उसका विरोध बनारस में शुरू हुआ और आज देश भर के टीवी न्यूज़ चैनलों अख़बारों और बुद्धिजीवियों के बीच में हो रहा है और दिन रात बढ़ता ही जा रहा है

विरोध मार्च की अगुवाई गुमटी व्यवसायी कल्याण समिति लंका ने किया। मार्च को समर्थन देने पंहुचे लोगों में प्रमुख रूप से चिंतामणि सेठ, बाबू सोनकर, अस्पताली सोनकर, प्रेम सोनकर, धनञ्जय त्रिपाठी, विकास सिंह, रामजी पाण्डेय, विजय मिश्र, आनदं पाण्डेय, आकाश सिंह, प्रेमनाथ, धर्मा देवी, उर्मिला, महेंद्र, पार्वती, राजेश्वरी देवी, कृष्णा, रतन सोनकर, शीला देवी, संदीप, अजय, लक्ष्मी और मनीष भरद्वाज मौजूद रहे।

वाराणसी। आईआईटी बीएचयू के विजिटिंग फैकल्टी पद से मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार सम्मानित सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता संदीप पांडेय की बर्खास्तगी के खिलाफ युवक कांग्रेस की स्थानीय इकाई की अगुआई में छात्रों ने शुक्रवार को काशी विश्वविद्यालय के सिंघद्वार पर बीएचयू प्रशासन का पुतला फूंका। साथ ही उन्होंने बीएचयू कैम्पस का भगवाकरण किये जाने के खिलाफ आरएसएस विरोधी नारे लगाए।

युवक कांग्रेस की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि पिछले ढाई वर्षों से संदीप पाण्डेय बीएचयू आईआईटी में अतिथि प्रवक्ता रहे। इस बीच परिसर में वह अपने अनूठी कार्यशैली के लिए चर्चा का विषय भी बने रहे। आईआईटी के छात्रों को मनरेगा, आरटीआई और खेती-किसानी, वंचितों के सर्वेक्षण और उनके बच्चों का प्रवेश स्कूलों में करवाने के प्रोजेक्ट आदि बनवाने वाले शिक्षक के रूप में संदीप पाण्डेय छात्रों के बीच दोस्ताना सम्बन्ध रखते हैं।

पुतला दहन कार्यक्रम से पहले छात्रों की एक सभा हुई। इसमें युवक कांग्रेस के कैंट क्षेत्र के अध्यक्ष ओमशंकर ने कहा कि विवि परिसर आरएसएस की एक बड़ी शाखा या फिर कहे की नागपुर कार्यालय बनता जा रहा है। इसमें अब किसी को कोई शक या सुबहा नहीं रहेगा। संदीप जी एक प्रख्यात गाँधीवादी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हैं और समाज़वादी वैचारक हैं। हम कांग्रेस के साथियों को तमाम आंदोलनों के समय मशविरे के रूप में आपने संयम और अहिंसा से आंदोलन चलाने की नसीहत दिया है। एक ऐसा व्यक्ति जो एशिया का विख्यात पुरस्कार मैग्सेसे से सम्मानित हो उसे राष्ट्रद्रोही कहना सही अर्थों में असहिष्णुता है। हम कांग्रेसजन युवा छात्र पिछले दिनों से लगातार विधायक अजय राय के लिए संघर्षरत हैं। जिस प्रकार के केस में जैसे विधायक जी पर बिना किसी सुबूत के रासुका लगा के उनका उत्पीड़न और मानहानि हो रही है, ठीक उसी प्रकार से संदीप पाण्डेय जी को भी आरएसएस के कुलपति राष्ट्रद्रोही बताकर अपमानित करना चाह रहे हैं। ये लोग ऐसा करके समाज के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे नेताओं को जनता से अलग करना चाह रहे हैं और फिर अपने कॉर्पोरेट फासिस्ज्म (पूंजीवादी फांसीवाद ) को जबरदस्ती लागू करना चाहते हैं।

'संदीप पाण्डेय जी की वजह से फेरी पटरी लगाने वाले तमाम वंचितों को पुलिस वसूली से निजात मिली है। चाय बेचने वाले प्रधानमंत्री के राज में सड़क पर चाय बेचना दुश्वार है , यदि संदीप सर न होते तो हमारी दुकाने ये बीएचयू और बनारस के पुलिस और अधिकारी मिलकर उजाड़ दिए होते', ये कहना है पटरी व्यवसायी समिति के अध्यक्ष चिंतामणि सेठ का। विश्विद्यालय प्रशासन का पुतला दहन करने के साथ ही युवाओं ने आक्रोश भरे लहज़े में कहा की कुलपति चेत जाएं और पाण्डेय की बहाली तत्काल करें। यह न भूले की इस विश्वविद्यालय की जमीन पर ही आरएसएस के कार्यालय को ज़मींदोज़ करने का गौरवशाली कार्य भी हुआ है। कहीं संदीप पाण्डेय का प्रकरण आरएसएस के अंत की शुरुआत न सिद्ध हो जाए ।

लखनऊ। जन मुद्दों पर बेबाक बयानबाजी और प्रदर्शन के लिए पहचाने जाने वाले रिहाई मंच ने बीएचयू प्रशासन द्वारा मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार सम्मानित सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और बीएचयू के गेस्ट फैकल्टी संदीप पांडे को बीच सत्र में बर्खास्त किये जाने को प्रगतिशील मूल्यों के प्रति संघ परिवार पोषित असहिष्णुता का ताजा उदाहरण बताया। मंच ने इस पूरे प्रकरण पर बीएचयू प्रशासन पर संघ और भाजपा के स्वयंसेवक के बतौर काम करने का आरोप भी लगाया और इसे मोदी सरकार में अकादमिक पतन की नजीर बताया।

रिहाई मंच की ओर से जारी विज्ञप्ति में मंच के अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद शुऐब ने कहा, "संदीप पांडे जैसे प्रतिष्ठित गांधीवादी और तर्कवादी फैकल्टी को हटा कर बीएचयू प्रशासन ने साफ कर दिया है कि वह किसी भी कीमत पर तार्किक और प्रगतिशील विचारों को पनपने नहीं देगा। उसका मकसद बीएचयू जैसी संस्थान से सिर्फ अंधविश्वासी, लम्पट, साम्प्रदायिक और मूर्ख खाकी निक्करधारी छात्रों की खेप पैदा करना है जो संघ परिवार के देशविरोधी कार्यकलापों में आसानी से लग जाएं।"

राजीव यादव ने कहा कि संदीप पांडे को हटाने का निर्णय राजनीतिक है जिसके तहत उन्हें नक्सली और राष्ट्र विरोधी गतिविधियों में लिप्त बताया गया है। उन्होंने इसे अकादमिक स्वतंत्रता पर हमला बताया। उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी से मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने और संदीप पांडेय को पुनः बहाल कराने की मांग की । यादव ने कहा कि जब से मोदी सरकार सत्ता में आई है तब से संघ के समाज विरोधी विचारधारा के विरोधियों को शैक्षणिक संस्थानों से हटा कर उनकी जगह संघ और भाजपा कार्यकताओं को बैठाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी रणनीति के तहत इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ मास कॅम्यूनिकेशन (आईआईएमसी) का निदेशक केवी सुरेश को बना दिया गया है जिनकी योग्यता महज इतनी है कि वे विवेकानंद फाउंडेशन के सदस्य हैं। इसके सदस्यों में गुजरात के मुस्लिम विरोधी जनसंहार को आयोजित करने के आरोपी प्रशासनिक अधिकारी से लेकर नृपेंद्र मिश्रा जैसे घोषित सीआईए एजेंट जैसे लोग हैं। मंच के नेता ने कहा कि विवेकानंद फाउंडेशन से जुड़े रहे राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजित डोभाल के बेटे शौर्य डोभाल के निजी संगठन इंडिया फाउंडेशन भी देश की बौद्धिक पूंजी को भोथरा करने का अभियान चला रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अपने आप में जांच का विषय है। मोदी के अमरीका दौरे के दौरान मेडिसन स्कवायर पर भी शौर्य डोभाल की कम्पनी ही इवेंट मैनेज करती है और वही पिछले दो साल से देश की सुरक्षा पर डीजीपी स्तर के अधिकारियों के सम्मेलन को भी आयोजित करती है। उन्होंने कहा कि संघ और विदेशी कॉरपोरेट पूंजी की बड़ी बड़ी लॉबियां भारतीय मेधा और बौद्धिक शक्ति को अपने अनुरूप ढालने का अभियान चला रही हैं और इसमें रोड़ा लगने वाले लोगों को जबरन हटा रही हैं।

वहीं, इंसाफ अभियान के प्रदेश महासचिव और इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र नेता दिनेश चौधरी ने कहा, बीएचयू जैसे विश्वविद्यालय का यह दुर्भाग्य है कि उसे जीसी त्रिपाठी जैसा कुलपति मिला है जो इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के इकोनॉमिक्स विभाग के औसत से भी कम दर्जे के शिक्षक रहे हैं। उन्हें उनके छात्र भी गम्भीरता से नहीं लेते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जीसी त्रिपाठी सिर्फ संघ के पुराने कार्यकर्ता होने की पात्रता के कारण कुलपति बनाए गए हैं।
